Home Cinema, TV & Smart Home Installation in Perth – Project Kiln
Our Kiln project, located in Perth is a great example of how thoughtful planning and clean design can come together to create both a seamless home entertainment and security setup.
Rather than focusing on a single room, this project combined home cinema, living room audio visual, security and networking, all designed to work together and feel integrated into the home.
It is also a strong example of how we deliver practical, well-designed home cinema, home security and CCTV systems in Perth tailored to suit how people live.
About This Project
Kiln was completed across multiple stages, starting with system design, followed by pre-wiring during construction and continuing through to final system setup and calibration.
The brief was straightforward.
Keep everything simple to use, modern & clean in appearance, and properly integrated into the home.
A big part of this project involved working closely with the builder to ensure the custom joinery could integrate AV equipment properly, without compromising the look of the space.
The result is a system that feels built-in and purposeful, not an afterthought.
Home Theatre Setup & Joinery Integration
The dedicated home theatre system was designed to deliver strong performance while still fitting within the overall style of the home. The TV is mounted within custom cabinetry designed specifically for this space, and the equipment.
The mesh cabinet doors you see in the project were not just a design feature. They allow the sound to flow while keeping the speakers hidden.
We worked with the builder, offering AV consulting & engineering for:
- Acoustic requirements including speaker placement
- Tailored equipment specific to the room design
- Suitable spacing, cabling and ventilation provisions
The system includes supply & installation of:
- LG 83 inch OLED TV
- Paradigm Dolby Atmos Speaker System
- Centre speaker integrated into cabinetry
- Marantz AV Receiver
- Panasonic 4K Blu-ray player
- System Design, Wiring & Infrastructure
Everything was installed, set up and calibrated to ensure it performs as expected from day one.
This is a good example of how a custom home theatre setup does not need to dominate the room to deliver a solid result.
Living Room TV
The living room centres around an LG 65 inch OLED TV with a beautiful cabinet.
Audio in the living space is handled by a Sonos Arc soundbar and wireless subwoofer, delivering a simple, clean setup that works well for everyday viewing.
Everything is connected and controlled in a way that feels straightforward for the client, without unnecessary complexity.
This type of setup is a great example of how we approach TV supply, installation and AV integration in Perth.
Security System & CCTV Installation
The project also included a complete home security system and CCTV installation, covering both internal and external protection.
The system includes supply & installation of:
- 6 camera CCTV system with wired Turret cameras
- Ajax alarm system
- Door sensors, motion sensors and keypads
All components were installed and configured to work together, providing reliable coverage without overcomplicating the system.
Networking & Smart Wiring
Behind the scenes, a strong network is what makes everything work properly.
This project included supply & installation of:
- Complete home networking and WiFi setup
- WiFi access points installed
- Structured cabling throughout the home
- Smart Home Cabinet with power management and distribution
By planning this early, we avoided common issues like weak WiFi, internet speed issues, and unreliable connectivity.
A Clean, Integrated Result
Kiln is not about one standout feature.
It is about how everything works together.
From the joinery design through to the final setup, every part of this project was planned to:
